Ingredients
- 6 ounces Egg Noodles
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
Instructions

- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and stir for 2 minutes to make a roux.
- Gradually pour in the beef broth while whisking until the sauce thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Slowly stir in the milk and cook until the sauce is creamy and thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt until well mixed.
- Reduce heat and stir in the cooked noodles and browned beef until everything is combined and heated through.
- Gently fold in the sour cream, being careful not to boil the mixture.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For variations, consider adding mushrooms or using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
