  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta, rice, zucchini noodles, quinoa, or your choice for serving


Instructions
