Ingredients
- 1 lb tender steak or ground beef
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta, rice, zucchini noodles, quinoa, or your choice for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add sliced mushrooms and garlic. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over your choice of pasta, rice, zucchini noodles, or quinoa.
