Description
A quick, creamy beef stroganoff made in one skillet with cheese tortellini for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and paprika; cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream; simmer until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley.
