Description

A quick, creamy beef stroganoff made in one skillet with cheese tortellini for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and paprika; cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
  7. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream; simmer until sauce thickens.
  8. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley.
