Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cooked chicken or beef
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, shredded cabbage, and carrots; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce and mix well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then top with green onions.

Notes
